1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, city), project information you submit (bill, roof size, photos and video, location), payment status, and messages you send us. We also record basic technical data such as device type and pages visited.
2. How we use it
To produce estimates, match you with verified vendors, process escrow payments, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the service.
3. Who sees it
Vendors you are matched with see the project details needed to bid, such as location, roof media and contact information. We do not sell your personal data. Service providers such as payment and hosting partners process data on our behalf.
4. Roof media and location
Photos, video and GPS coordinates are used only to assess your installation and are shared only with vendors matched to your request.
5. Retention and security
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and dispute purposes. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect it, though no system is completely secure.
6. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting hello@solarsetu.com.bd. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
7. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and limited analytics to understand how the site is used.
